The DNA Report Changed Everything Except Fatherhood

Two weeks later, accredited testing confirmed what I had feared: I was not Isaiah’s biological father, and additional testing identified my younger brother as the biological parent. Rosalind eventually admitted the affair had happened years earlier while our marriage was struggling. What hurt most was learning my brother had known there was a possibility and had stayed silent while I raised Isaiah believing there had never been a question.

But the court made something equally important clear. Biology did not automatically erase the fact that I had been Isaiah’s father for six years.
