The Recorded Deed Ended My Father’s Claim

Grayson refused to believe it. Two days later, he arrived with boxes, used an old family key, and started packing my belongings while Delphine waited downstairs. I called police, showed them my identification, the recorded deed, and proof that I lived there. Grayson was escorted out and warned not to return without permission. Dad responded by filing a civil claim arguing Grandpa had intended the building to remain a shared family asset.
