Harriet had opened the airline’s passenger policy on her tablet. She held the screen toward the woman and calmly said, “It says my mom is allowed to feed my brother in her seat. It also says the bathroom isn’t an appropriate place to feed a baby.” Then Harriet tapped the flight-attendant button before adding, “And you’ve been yelling at her since we got on the plane.”
